Hostpost is a MoneyHunter project. It is not Eurosky, Bluesky, Linux DO or an account migration service. We do not ask for account access, passwords or recovery codes.

What is actually queried

Your browser sends the public handle directly to public.api.bsky.app, then reads that DID’s public document from plc.directory. It checks the document ID, reverse handle association and PDS service field. It never contacts an arbitrary hosting address found in the result. The resolver can be delayed or unavailable; this is not ownership verification or a migration-completion test.

We support DNS-shaped handles and did:plc records. A did:web result is reported as unsupported. The saved Eurosky example was observed on 25 October 2026. Downloaded JSON identifies whether it is that saved example or a new response.

Data and costs

No account, payment, analytics tracker or local storage is used. Querying a handle exposes it and your network address to the two public services. The handle is not sent to our Worker. Cloudflare processes website request metadata; those services process lookup request metadata under their policies. Closing the page clears the current result; a downloaded file remains on your device. Do not put passwords or private data in the handle field.

The address comparator reads only files or text you choose in this tab. It makes no lookup requests and stores no comparison on our server. A saved comparison stays on your device.
